Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for National Development in each year since the Wildlife Act was amended in 2020 (a) how many directions have been issued under section 10 of the Wildlife Act on wildlife-related measures for development or works; and (b) how many persons have been found to have contravened such a direction.

To date, directions under section 10 have been issued for a total of 445 development projects, of which three projects have recorded contraventions.
